Step 1. First of all you have to go to mygov.in portal.
Step 2. There you will see the tricolor interface for each house which is to be clicked.
Step 3. Now you will see Pin A Flag option at the bottom of the screen, click on it.
Step 4. After that enter your name and mobile number and click on next. Here you can also login with Google account.
Step 5. After this you have to access your location and pin the flag to your location.
Step 6. Now you will get option to download and share Har Ghar Tiranga certificate. From where you can easily download your certificate.
